El Arte de Anna Wode
Anna Wode Nació en Moscú (Rusia) pero creció principalmente
en Alemania. También ha vivido en Austria y Francia, de los cuales adquirió la
nacionalidad. Actualmente Anna vive y
trabaja en Luxemburgo. Estudio economía primero en Rusia y luego en Alemania y
Francia. Su proyecto Artístico comenzó en 2017 como una especie de terapia de
arte, mientras estaba de baja por enfermedad a largo plazo. El deseo de hacer
esculturas, trabajar la arcilla, el deseo de pintar y otras actividades como
batik, joyas, mientras era autodidacta, se produjo de manera casi repentina. “Es
difícil de explicar, un día sentí la necesidad casi irresistible de esculpir y
lo hice”. La pintura se convertirá en su actividad principal.
El estilo de pintura de Anna Wode puede describirse como
Expresionismo Figurativo. Los temas están inspirados en la belleza del mundo acuático
y la femineidad. El color azul es un guiño al periodo azul de Picasso, que Anna
Wode aprecia mucho. También esta fascinada por el trabajo de Toulouse- Lautrec, sus obras
abarcan el periodo comprendido entre finales del siglo XIX y principios de siglo
XX en un estilo, sin embargo, más moderno. Otra fuente de inspiración son los
mosaicos del famoso arquitecto español Antonio Gaudí. Los trazos de pincel o la
espátula se colocan de manera armoniosa y forman mosaicos que reflejan el tema
impuesto por la inspiración. Las pinturas de Anna Wode nos sumergen en las

que Woda en ruso significa “agua” casi similar a su seudónimo.

La Dualidad
y Contraste
Dualidad,
blanco y negro, malvado y bueno, oscuridad y luz. Este dilema ha existido por
siglos. Son opuestos pero muy complementarios. ¿Qué es bueno, que es malo?
Importancia de reconocerlo. A veces tomamos mal por bien, bien por mal… No es
fácil nombrar las cosas por su propio nombre.
La
omnisciencia es un concepto muy común en el más allá, pero a veces es difícil
de entender en el mundo material. Estar en todo momento y en todas partes…
Probablemente comparable al agua del océano, omnipresente y abarcando el mundo
marino.

apariencias son engañosas, cuidado con las apariencias, nos han advertido. A
veces nos llevan a desempeñar tantos roles en la vida que nos perdemos. Cuantas

fines del siglo XIX, principios del siglo XX, lo mismo para el movimiento

una existencia que me marcó particularmente? No sabemos, las barreras del
olvido nos impiden… ¿Es mejor saberlo? Probablemente no, dejándolo oculto en el
dominio oculto.

Entre dos
Mundos, es el símbolo del paso del mundo material al mundo inmaterial. Perdemos
lo que tenemos y no sabemos a dónde iremos, es lo desconocido lo que asusta y
atrae irresistiblemente. El color blanco es cegador, no distinguimos lo que
está bajo esta luz. ¿Pero todavía queremos quedarnos en los escombros? No,
queremos avanzar, la evolución es la clave para salir.

Anna Wode was born in Moscow (Russia) but grew up
